These terms govern your use of the Lumi Workshop website and the products sold here. By buying or using a Lumi Workshop product, you agree to them.

What we sell

Lumi Workshop sells installable AI Agent Skills (text files in the SKILL.md format) that help Etsy sellers and small shop owners produce their own Pinterest marketing content. The skills run inside your own AI tools, such as Claude or ChatGPT.

Your license

Each bundle includes a license file that governs how you may use the skills. In short: the Starter and Pro bundles are single-seller licenses for one shop or business you own. The Commercial bundle is an agency license that covers unlimited end-client shops. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publicly post the skill files themselves. The license file in your download is the full and controlling version of these terms for the product you bought.

What you produce is yours

Lumi Workshop claims no rights to the pins, copy, briefs, keywords, or other content you create using the skills. Your output is yours to use, including commercially. Note that under current US copyright law, content generated primarily by AI may not be eligible for copyright protection; the more you edit and finish the output yourself, the stronger your claim. We make no representation about the copyrightability of any specific output.

Acceptable use

Use the skills for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing everything the skills produce before you publish it, for not infringing anyone else’s trademarks or brands, and for disclosing AI use where the platform or the law requires it.

No warranty

The products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Results from AI tools vary. We do not promise any specific sales, traffic, or business outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumi Workshop’s total liability for any claim arising from the products is limited to the amount you paid for them. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here is current. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
