Every Lumi Workshop bundle comes with a 30-day refund, no questions asked. If it is not the right fit, you get your money back.

How to request a refund

Reply to your Gumroad receipt within 30 days of purchase. We process refunds the same day we see the request. You do not need to explain why.

Digital delivery and your consent

Lumi Workshop products are digital downloads delivered immediately. By downloading, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content. EU and UK buyers: by starting the download you acknowledge that you waive the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Your rights regarding a defective product are unaffected.

Checkout and platform

Purchases are handled by Gumroad. Gumroad has its own buyer-protection policy that applies alongside ours, and our 30-day policy does not reduce any refund right you have under Gumroad’s terms.
